We at Boston Union Realty believe that it is our job to personally guide and assist you through every step of the rental process.
When you rent an apartment in Boston, it involves paperwork. Some real estate agencies will load generic applications and various forms with explanations or instructions onto their website to give you a crash course in real estate. I’m sure they do this with all good intentions. However, it can be overwhelming and sometimes even outdated or inaccurate information.
Every landlord or management company has its’ own criteria as to what forms you need to fill out and/or provide them with in order to be approved as an applicant for one of their rental units.
